'Right Sizing-Right Now' Workshop Helps Seniors Cope with Downsizing
ANA's "Best of the Best" for February recognizes Sally Allen, founder of A Place For Everything®. Allen and her organization sponsor a workshop series titled, "Right Sizing-Right Now: A Workshop Series for Proactive Seniors & Their Families."
The workshop is aimed at helping baby boomers, working seniors and their families face the realities of so-called downsizing-more commonly referred to as layoffs. In essence, the workshops help seniors and their families prepare for the future without allowing crisis to dictate what happens to them and their belongings.
In four two-hour sessions, workshop attendees are motivated to begin the process of downsizing. The workshop provides a fantastic opportunity to work with a professional organizer, an incredible concept of great value to seniors and their families.
