Seniors: Downsizing Comfortably
As members of NASMM (National Association of Senior Move Managers), we work with seniors downsizing (“right sizing”) to smaller spaces with caring attention to their relocation details and years of accumulated possessions attached to memories. We help seniors create a simplified new home with just the right touch.

Prior to a move:
Stage the house to SELL
  Remove clutter – while understanding the language of tears
  Rearrange furniture/artwork/accessories
  Relocation calendar to track and act upon all necessary elements for a successful move
  Floor plan – what fits/what doesn’t
  Obtain van line bids as needed
  Analyze competitive bids

During the move:
Oversee/supervise (allowing client to attend to last minute errands)
Packing – crating – special handling
Loading – for efficient unloading
Unloading – track inventory - placement and care

Resettlement at destination:
